Product Sales and Availability

All products displayed on this site are subject to availability and will be delivered only within southern Africa. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in South African Rands and the rate of exchange to other currencies will be dependent on the exchange rate on the day of your purchase.

Airbrush Makeup reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.

A sale between Airbrush Makeup and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Goods will only dispatched upon payment and up until this point all goods remain the property of Airbrush Makeup

 

Pricing Policy

You will be charged the prices as they are reflected on the Products Pages in the store at the point of sale, subject to availability.

The prices include Value Added Tax.

Special promotions are subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.

 

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

Delivery policy

Please note delivery can take between 2 - 4 weeks on certain products.

Airbrush makeup will be shipped as far as possible within 2 days after payment cleared.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days. A delivery being late is not grounds for return or refund.

Our orders are dispatched via the South African Post Office, Speed
Services, Berco Express or EMS. Please choose your shipping method carefully.

Please note that Airbrush Makeup does not accept any responsibility for the services provided by any of the carriers mentioned above once the parcel leaves our care.

Airbrush Makeup cannot be held responsible for who collects the parcel from the Post Office. The Post Office will keep a record of who signed for collection of the delivery.

 

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All orders are subject to availability. In cases of indefinite unavailability, Airbrush Makeup will refund the client in full within 30 working days.

A customer can cancel an order if payment has not yet been made.

Once payment has been made, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of Airbrush Makeup receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched by Airbrush Makeup, whichever is earlier. A cancellation of a paid order will attract a 15% administration fee to cover bank charges and other costs associated with refunding the customer for the cancelled order. Airbrush Makeup will refund the client within 30 working days.

If any of our products are damaged or broken in transit, you will need to inform Airbrush Makeup within 24 hours of receiving it. We will handle each case on an individual basis.

If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. We will handle each case on an individual basis. Airbrush Makeup cannot be held responsible for issuing a refund for unreasonable complaints.

Refunds will only be processed once the item was received back and in the original condition and packaging.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact Airbrush Makeup immediately. We will check our system for irregularities and will arrange to swap incorrect products for the one you actually ordered, on our account.

No refunds will be given for any electronic equipment (printers). All electronics are tested before sent & in a working condition. If there is however any problem with the electronic equipment, we will offer technical support. No returns accepted on any electronics, due fact that it can obtain damage through the operator not consulting the manual & mishandeling the product.

 

Your Comment

We value the comments, ideas, suggestions and feedback disclosed, submitted or offered by you on, by or in connection with your use of the site, but Airbrush Makeup shall not be obliged to respond to, maintain or compensate you in any way whatsoever for your Comments.

You warrant that the Comments disclosed, submitted or offered by you to the site do not and will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or proprietary right. You agree not to disclose, submit or offer any Comments that will be or will contain any defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material. Airbrush Makeup disclaims any liability towards any third party regarding your Comments and you shall remain accountable towards any third party regarding the contents of your Comments.

Your privacy is very important to us and Airbrush Makeup shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our customers.

This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made by bank transfer into the Airbrush Makeup bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit Card payments are welcome. If you wish to pay via Credit Card, we will send you a secure and safe payment link through PayFast. International cards welcome. 

Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)

We offer you the option to pay your kit in installments.

The following conditions apply:

1)  Payments have to be made monthly (every 30 days or sooner).

2)  No refunds! If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a store credit to the value of your payments.

3)  You will receive your Flawless Airbrush makeup kit only once payment has been made in full.

4)  Once you placed this order, we accept that you understand the above conditions.
